We keep the rates as low as we can, because we want as many people as possible to enjoy staying here. The studio-style cottage annex is suitable for a couple or a single person. Camping We hope to be able to offer a couple of camping pitches in the future for people wanting to visit our community. We have chosen an area with stunning views across the valley towards Cornwall and the perfect spot for watching the sun set in the distance over the sea! Watch this space.

Harebell We have a 2-bed apartment available to rent on a fixed term basis whilst we look for permanent members to buy into the project. It’s available from the start of November. Harebell is a first floor, part-furnished, 2-bed apartment, situated in the main Victorian house which has a shared main entrance. The rent is £600 pcm, plus £115 per adult for utilities (internet, firewood, heating, electricity & water). Band A Council Tax is also payable (currently £128 pm).
Garden Cottage Garden Cottage is a small, cosy studio-style cottage annex which would suit a single person or a couple (see photos above). For most of the year, it's used as a holiday let. In the winter, we make it available for a 90 day let between January and April - exact dates to be agreed. It has it's own separate entrance, so is ideal if you want peace and quiet. The cost is £550 per month for 2 people, or £500 per month for a single person, inclusive of all bills.
Tenants in both properties have use of our shared laundry facilities, community lounge and extensive grounds. Both properties have good internet access.
Please note that we are a sociable bunch, and you are very welcome to socialise with us and share in occasional community meals if you wish to, but there is no obligation to join in every time.
